Our Founder is an experienced leader in pharmaceutical quality and compliance, with a BSc (Hons) in Pharmaceutical Healthcare from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship from University College Dublin (UCD). She has led quality assurance across regulated environments, managing operations, audit readiness, training, and regulatory compliance, and holds multiple industry certifications.
She led the preparation and execution of two MHRA inspections, securing compliance statements, and has overseen QA audits in critical COVID-19 studies, hosted regulatory inspections, and implemented compliance training programs.
Recognised with awards from DIT and UCD, her early involvement in peer mentoring, student leadership, and social inclusion initiatives now continues through founding the BHMP Network, supporting inclusive outcomes for underrepresented professionals, students, graduates, and career changers in healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical sectors by closing opportunity gaps.
